Sensitive personal information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security or other government-ID numbers, financial account information, precise geolocation, or health information) through our public website or forms, and we ask you not to provide it. If we provide password-protected access to the investor area, your account log-in credentials are sensitive personal information under the CCPA; we use them only to authenticate you and give you access, which is a permitted business purpose. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to the right to limit its use under the CCPA.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We have not sold or shared the personal information of California residents, including minors under 16, in the past 12 months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option — there is nothing to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will update this notice and provide the required opt-out.
Your California privacy rights
As a California resident, you have the right to know and access the personal information we collect about you, to correct inaccurate information, and to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may submit a request yourself or through an authorized agent.
To exercise your rights, email us at admin@thatgraymatters.com or by webform request here. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA. For the full description of our practices and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
