This Cookie Policy explains how Graydiant (operated by Gray Matter Solutions LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include identifiers stored in your browser. They can be “essential” (needed for a site or feature to work) or “non-essential” (used for things like analytics). Cookies can last only for a single session, or persist for a set period.
Graydiant uses very few of these technologies, and none for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.
Our public website
Our public website does not use cookies. Our website analytics are cookieless and do not track you across other sites. They record the pages viewed, the referring site, your browser and device type, and your country. Your IP address is used only to work out your country and is not stored.
Because the public marketing pages set no cookies, you will not see a cookie banner there. The access-controlled investor area uses only essential cookies, described below.
Cookies on our survey-invitation pages
Our survey-invitation pages use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, summarized below. None are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Activity connected with an invitation (such as opens, video progress, and completion) is recorded as described in our Privacy Policy. Any IP addresses connected with this activity are stored only in a one-way scrambled (hashed) form, never as raw IP addresses.
Cookies in the investor area
Our access-controlled investor area uses one or more essential cookies to sign you in and keep your session secure. These are strictly necessary for that area to work, are set only when you use it, and are not used for advertising or for tracking you across other sites. Because they are essential, they do not require consent.

Third-party and embedded services
Our survey-invitation pages embed two third-party services, which may set their own cookies or process limited data to function:
- Vimeo delivers the embedded video. We have Vimeo’s tracking features turned off, but Vimeo still processes limited connection data to stream the video and may set cookies needed for playback. Vimeo handles this data as an independent controller under its own privacy and cookie policies.
- Typeform runs the embedded survey form. Your survey answers are stored in our Typeform account, and Typeform may set cookies and process data under its own terms.
We encourage you to review these providers’ own cookie and privacy policies for details of their practices.
Your choices
Essential cookies are needed for our survey invitations to work and cannot be switched off through our pages. We do not currently set any non-essential cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first, and you can decline.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop a survey invitation from working properly.
Changes and contact
